PT Genie is a digital health company providing in-clinic and remote physical therapy that keeps patients connected with their providers to drive improved outcomes. A wearable device that keeps patients motivated, measures their progress, and enables providers to monitor outcomes more closely, PT Genie is advancing physical therapy to new levels. Through PT Genie, healthcare providers have a way to measure their patients as well as their own success.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

PT Genie seeks a skilled Product Manager to accelerate our advancement in the remote patient monitoring space.  Understanding of the intersection of the medical world and the technological world is of paramount importance.

Candidates should have excellent analytical, communications, leadership, and problem-solving skills.  Rapid execution and precise planning should be your strongest attributes along with a strong understanding of research analysis and added value to patient care. Product Manager will be responsible for evaluating and improving all PT Genie processes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to the formulation of strategies and plans of PT Genie.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards of service and growth.
  • Research and present meaningful data for possible publication.
  • Determine new additions and changes to existing exercise database.
  • Lead functional testing on all additions or changes to the exercise database.
  • Track tickets and feedback from providers and patients for continuous improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback.
  • Mange and oversee the plans of care within the application.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to providers.
  • Monitor compliance and legal guidelines.
  • Hire employees to ensure the department is staffed with qualified personnel.
  • Develop and maintain budget.
  • Ensure all medical records and other care-related documentation are up to date.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in medical science or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Aptitude for resolving issues and conflicts.
  • In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
  • Hands-on experience with computer systems such as EMR.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Additional spoken and written languages a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail as well as ability to see the “big picture.”
  • Excellent spreadsheet and word processing skills.
